The Unitarian Universalist Church of Fresno offers adults a wide range of opportunities to grow spiritually and deepen personally. You can do this through small groups, classes, and workshops. Depending on the month, you can learn about or explore Unitarian Universalism, spiritual practices, the history of race and White Supremacy Culture, world religions, faith and film watch parties and discussions, poetry sharing afternoons, yoga, and so much more.
Chalice Circles - Chalice Circles offer the gift of small group spiritual connection with 8-10 people. Around us swirls a shallow, frantic and materialistic culture that leaves us cut off from our deepest selves, life’s gifts, and needs greater than our own. Chalice Circle groups offer spiritual connection. Your group will meet with a facilitator two times monthly (October-June). Crash Course in Unitarian Universalism - Join Tim and Patty for this engaging and informative two-hour introduction to Unitarian Universalist history and beliefs. This Zoom workshop is designed for newcomers but it is equally valuable to anyone who wants a refresher about our roots, stretching back more than 2000 years, as well as who we are today.
