Anika is a California native and works as a substitute teacher. She graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Sociology from Fresno State and is currently pursuing a paralegal certificate from Fresno City College. Anika was introduced to the UU through volunteer work with Wings Advocacy, and was drawn to the progressive values of the church. In their spare time they enjoy cooking, drawing, and discovering new music.
